This Privacy Policy explains how I Object, operated by Undefeated Technologies (“I Object,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the I Object mobile application and related services.
Depending on how you use I Object, we may collect information you provide directly, including your email address, account information, username or profile information, and content you submit while using the game. We may also process gameplay information such as debate participation, arguments or other game submissions, votes, verdicts, scores, leaderboard information, matchmaking information, and other activity necessary to operate the game.
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, operate multiplayer gameplay and matchmaking, provide debate and jury features, calculate scores and leaderboards, maintain security and reliability, troubleshoot technical problems, communicate about accounts, and improve I Object.
I Object uses third-party service providers to operate parts of the service. Supabase is used for services such as account authentication, database functionality, and application infrastructure. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
Certain gameplay information may be visible to other users, including usernames, arguments or other game content, scores, leaderboard positions, votes, or information inherently part of multiplayer gameplay. Do not submit sensitive personal information in public gameplay content.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or process information with service providers that help operate I Object, when necessary to protect the service, when required by law, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide I Object, maintain accounts and gameplay functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service.
You may request deletion of your I Object account and associated personal information by contacting us using the contact method below. We may retain limited information when required by law or for security, fraud prevention, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet-based service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
I Object is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, or deletion. You may contact us to make a privacy-related request.
We may update this Privacy Policy as I Object develops or legal and operational requirements change. We will update the effective date when changes are made.
